British companies Eddie Stobart and A.W. Jenkinson Forest Products have again signed an agreement with Scania UK for the common acquisition of 1,000 vehicles. The delivery of these vehicles will be spread from March 2012 to December 2013. Three hundred vehicles are set to enter service this year. The order principally involves R-Series tractors and models from the G-Series. This order follows that placed by the two operators in 2010.
