The public bid for all the shares of TNT by UPS starts today, June 22. The price is set at 9.50 Euros per share and unless there is a prolongation, the bid process will end on August 31^st. The main shareholder of TNT (PostNL) has already announced that it will sell its shares (representing 29.8% of the capital) and the board of TNT had already confirmed its total support for the operation.
