DB Schenker Rail in total control of TFG Transfracht

From July 1st, DB Schenker Rail has been in total control of the capital of TFG Transfracht, having definitively acquired the 50% of shares which were in the hands of Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA). In exchange, HHLA has taken from DB the minority share it held in Metrans and Polzug. TFG Transfracht specialises in connections between the ports of Hamburg and Bremen and their hinterlands, via 20 terminals.
