French group Geodis has put an end to the partnership it had with Spanish company Azkar for distribution to and from the Iberian Peninsula. The contract is being taken on by the Buytrago group, making 60 agencies and a workforce of 1,900 available to Geodis. The operation has been phased gradually, with routes from England having been operational since January 9th, those from Italy since February 1st and those from France and Belgium since April 2nd.
