Hupac up 6.6 % in 2011

Hupac, the Swiss combined transport company, saw its transport volumes increase by 6.6 % en 2011. This increase was less pronounced for trans-Alpine traffic (which represents two thirds of its activities) than for other traffic. The routes to make the most progress were the Benelux-Austria-Hungary-Romania corridor, the Benelux-Russia corridor, the Belgium-Spain corridor and the trans-Alpine route via Austria.
