Nobody is expecting series production of hydrogen driven vehicles before 2020 or 2025. Alternative fuels are controversial and only interesting at a local level. In the short term, it is hybrid propulsion systems which constitute the most practical alternative for reducing fuel consumption and protecting the environment.
