German shipping company Emons Spedition Gmbh based in Cologne, has just acquired all of the shares of Mauter Spedition KG, located in Neustadt-Glewe and Neubrandenbourg in . Although the two companies had worked together in the past from the Neustadt-Glewe/ Schwerin site and that this will provide Emons Spedition with extended of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the activities are set to be merged in Neubrandenburg.
