Geodis has announced an increase in its turnover for the first half of 2010, by 37.1 % to € 841.6 million. The group also emphasises that it has returned to operational profits again during the first half , up by € 40.2 million compared to 2009. All divisions have contributed to this good result, particularly the Freight Forwarding division which saw an upturn in volumes on the Asia – Europe route, and the Parcels division which has benefited, according to Geodis, from the reengineering plan set up at the beginning of 2009.
