The IRU has announced that its internet application enabling the TIR pre-declaration (IRU TIR-EPD) is now available free of charge for borders outside of the European Union. The objective of this is to help international road transporters to keep in line with Community obligations requiring that they send in advance, electronically, TIR information to the entry or exit border.
