Vehicle distribution: Towards the abolition of community regulations?

On May 28th the European Commission adopted an evaluation report of the regulation 1400/2002 which redefined the links between vehicle manufacturers and distributors. But without waiting for this regulation to expire, two manufacturers have announced the termination of contracts with their distributors.
