Teleroute celebrates 25 years
|
Teleroute, a European specialist in the domain of electronic solutions for the transport and logistics industry, is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The company is active in 27 countries and has become a point of reference in freight exchange, with 200,000 offers of freight and vehicles per day. It is continuing its development with the recent launch of Safe Market Place Program, a range of security measures designed to ensure a totally reliable working environment for transport professionals. To celebrate its 25 years, the company is launching Big Tour : a free-lance journalist, Tim de Jong, is going to travel across 25 countries in 25 days with the support of Teleroute clients and by using the freight exchange platform. This is allied to a good cause, because every 25 km, 25 Euros will be donated into the European Federation of Food Banks, (which distributes food to the hungry across the world), plus 25 Euros for every country crossed, and then at the end of the Big Tour, 25 % of the total raised if the challenge succeeds.
