The Netherlands: A typical transport country

The Netherlands has an excellent reputation in the field of transport and logistics. That’s all down to the country’s favourable geographical position, the port of Rotterdam and Schiphol airport, and good hinterland connections. However, the Netherlands’ position as ‘Gateway to Europe’ is under threat, the danger coming in the form of congestion and the shortage of drivers.
