From this summer, Qualcomm Enterprise Services Europe is offering a new solution for transport companies which make a great deal of use of subcontractors. This is an app called Driver Telematics which, if installed on a smartphone, enables subcontractors to be monitored and managed even they do not have an on-board computer  connected to the telematics platform of their client. The application is available in 7 languages.
