registrations drop in April
According to figures from ACEA, Britain was alone in seeing its registrations of heavy trucks increase in April, by 17.2%. The French market, which started the year on an upward trend, saw its curve turn downwards in April but remain stable over the first four months as a whole. Overall, the German market is slightly down, (by 3.2%) while the Spanish and Italian markets, unsurprisingly, recorded drops of over 20%. At a European level, registrations of heavy trucks fell by 6.9% in April and are 4.2% down for the year.
