While the figures for January remained positive, registrations of heavy trucks fell back during February in Europe. According to the figures released by the ACEA, the decrease was 8.2% in February, and 1.8% over the first two months of the year. Only the UK and France pulled the market upwards, while the fall-back on the German market was confirmed. The decrease is slightly higher in the over 16 tonnes segment than for lighter vehicles.
