Turkey may not (yet) be part of Europe, but at least Turkish transporters will have anticipated the change. With a great many ? sometimes very sizeable ? fleets, and with a great deal of commercial tenacity. Reysas is one of these tigers, and it was interesting to find out whether the level ofprofessionalism of the company was on a par with its ambitions.
