Switzerland: Pallet exchange Pilloried

From January 1st 2008, the members of the Swiss Road Transport Association (ASTAG) will no longer automatically and without charge exchange their transport pallets, frames and covers. The reason: the over-high management costs which are mostly borne by the transporters. Shippers, then, will have to take responsibility for pallets.
