Dutch group TNT Express NV announced on Friday that it has rejected an unsolicited offer from its American competitor UPS. This offer involved the purchase of all of the capital shares of TNT Express NV at a price of 9 Euros per ordinary share. TNT has indicated, however, that talks between the two parties have not been broken off.
