Kiala, founded in 2001, has developed an original electronic trzade logistics concept by finding an innovative solution to the ‘last mile’ issue. Parcels are delivered into sales points or other shops which are easily accessible by the final users. . Kiala distributes in this way145,000 parcels perd ay in five countries (Benelux, France and Spain). In Belgium, the two companies in the group employ 58 persons (according to 2010 figures) and have a non-consolidated turnover of around 11.2 million Euros. Estimates at group level suggest a consolidate turnover of 54 million Euros. The price of the transaction has not been communicated.
