UPS reduces consumption by 3.3%

According to its latest report on its sustainable policy, American giant UPS has decreased its fuel consumption by 3.3% in the , whilst the volume of parcels handled is said to have increased by 1.8%. By using the right vehicle on the right route, using modern technology and encouraging suitable driving behaviour, UPS has been able to reduce its trips by 102 million km and its emissions by 68,000 tonnes.
